It is a national high-tech enterprise which combines design, manufacture, sale and service of the high-end precision CNC machine tools and flexible production lines.
Replacing the traditional screw drive, the self-developed CNC machine tools adopt linear motor direct drive technology. High-speed moving and fly-cutting can be achieved by using the power of magnetic levitation and cutting the magnetic lines, of which the rapid feed rate can be reached 100m/min and the spindle speed can be 3000r/min. The machine body is made of marble, which contributes to the excellent rigidity and the stability of the machine body. Meanwhile, the surface finish quality of the processing parts can be reached 16nm and the precision of the processing parts can be controlled less than 2μm. The major customers of the company are Shenyang Aircraft Corporation, Johnson Electric, Nanjing Electromechanical Industry (group) Co., Ltd., Nanjing Aotecar New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Kailidy Precision Machinery Co., Ltd, Hefei Bolin advanced materials Co., Ltd and other large listed enterprises.
Currently, it is possible for the enterprise to design and manufacture the automatic production lines independently which can meet the requirements of customers, and the major customers includes AVIC Jiangxi Hongdu Aviation Industry Group Company Ltd., Jiangxi Huawu Brake Co., Ltd., Shenyang Aircraft Corporation and other large enterprises. As shown in the picture, the automatic flexible production line, which was designed for a listed company to process the machinery parts, are composed by highly automated multifunctional processing equipment, material transfer system, control system and other elements. This production line reaches international advanced level which was identified by experts that organized by science and technology bureau. The reason is that the number of workers in a single production line can decrease 18, so that the direct labor costs descends nearly one million RMB; the production efficiency is increased by 2 times to 3 times due to the 24-hour uninterrupted production, hence nearly one million RMB the added-value can be created for company; The production process is automated, avoiding the errors of workers and ensuring the acceptance rate of products.
For the problems that some parts need to change the tooling frequently, our company designed and develop a flexible automatic production line which is multi-variety and small batch. This production line can produce parts according to automatic scheduling with the MES system, which will be the first time in china. Meanwhile, the price of the imported products of the same type is higher than 50 million RMB. It is beneficial for our company to improve the ability of the various parts processing and achieving the products of industry 4.0 in true sense.
