The exhibition in India
On January 26, 2017 - February 1, I together with the company had the honor to participate in the international machine tool and metal cutting machinery exhibition held in Bangalore, India. We both got chance to communicate face-to-face with Indian customers and got the further knowledge of machine tool market in India. The exhibition was organized by Indian Machine Tools Association, more than 800 exhibitors, a total of seven exhibition hall, exhibition area of 50000 square meters, mainly Indian local enterprises, accounting for more than 400, more than 100 Germany companies, then machine tool and accessory manufacturers from Japan, Taiwan, the United States and other places, and the China's exhibitors have more than 50. The exhibition is mainly composed of CNC machine tools, automation equipment, spare parts of machine tools, cutting tools, precision metal processing machinery; it is one of the largest and most professional machine tool exhibitions in Southeast Asia, one of the most important exhibitions in India's machinery industry. During the fair, we showed the latest S5 and S7 series product—linear motor, turning and milling complex processing center, combining with a variety of forms such as processing samples show, video playback, posters, information distribution and personnel explaining in detail to show the audience the company’s strong strength and rich experience on the intelligent equipment solutions, which strengthens the communication with Indian machine users promotes the opening of the India market.

                                      
With the development of India's manufacturing industry, Indian market potential is tremendous. At present many international major accounts are planning to establish factories in India, especially one of mobiles phones brands such as Apple Inc’s contract factory— Flextronics Company plans to make the iphoness in India, and the domestic brands such as OPPO, VIVO, Gionee already have had factories in India. It is expected to reach capacity of 50 million mobiles phoness for the Indian market. This means mobiles phones shell, whether it's metal or glass, or ceramic, the demand for shells in production are very large, correspondingly, the demand for CNC machining equipment increases. In addition, as the rapid development of Indian automobiles industry and aerospace industry, the Indian market longs for precision molds and parts, thus the demand for precision machine tools grows synchronously and rapidly. For many machine tool enterprises in China, especially our company is a good opportunity to develop Indian market.
In the exhibition, we actively communicated with Indian industry veteran to understand Indian machine tool market development trends and excavate potential customers’ information. We displayed the S5 series—turning and milling compound machining center. Compared with the traditional drilling and tapping machine, carving and milling machine, it has absolute technical advantage in machining parts such as rear cover of mobiles phones, which can save processing time, and can improve product pass rate, and it has function of machining surface and specular surface. Once showed, our products won the Indian customers’ attention, in the booth many customers in an endless stream came to consult every day, the enthusiasm of the customers is very high. And S7 series turning and milling compound machining center, used in precision mold processing, precision parts machining, graphite processing and coordinates grinding, etc., also has the incomparable advantage compared with traditional screw machine tool.

                                                         

                                                         
Cooperation
Different from the traditional Chinese screw machine tool got a cold reception during the exhibition, our linear motor turning and milling compound processing center got a big concern. During the exhibition, potential agents more than ten, there is no lack of customers who agents Makino, DMG, Toshiba, SCL and Dalian machine tools; Over 30 potential clients, the total number of reception customers more than two hundred people.
Through the exhibition, after careful consideration, our company signed the general agency agreement with MATRIX, the annual sales amount is $5 million. MATRIX mainly sales Makino and DMG products, there are five sales center distributed in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad in India; head office is in Chennai. Matrix is very familiar with machine tool market, at the same time for high-end machine tool market it has its own unique understanding. They appreciated our linear motor machine tool and think about the products of our company, compared with the traditional screw machine tools, has advanced much, and are positive about our products into the market and expanding sales in India.
On February 25, the company general manager Mr. Prakash visited our company, and both signed the general agency agreement and sample order contract, which marks our India market development has taken its first step.

        

Retrospect and prospect
The Indian exhibition and market development should be said that is a small success, not only promote the image of our company and products sales in the market, to some extent, has strengthened awareness to our company in the Indian market; Also we harvest the agent and the actual orders at the same time. In order to further expand our sales and market share in India, lay a good foundation. 
We also realize that the deficiency of our company and the potential risks in India market. First of all, our products go abroad for the first time, our products is never used in the Indian market before; therefore, whether our machine is suitable for local environment in India, it is still to be tested. Because India's domestic infrastructure is backward and old, which leads to the industrial voltage instability (such as power outage, industrial voltage different form China’s), factors such as air pressure, temperature and operating habits, degree of impact on our products, it remains to be seen. Second, the processing precision and the stability of our linear motor turning and milling compound machining center still need to be improved. Due to our company in the Indian market competes with Japan Makino, , Germany DMG, etc in the high-end products, so our products should reach the same standard of Makino and DMG in the processing precision and machine stability, at present we didn't do the test, and the results are still to check by market. Moreover, due to the uniqueness of the Indian market and consumer, export market in India, there is a certain financial risk.
"A thousand sails compete, who by sea sets sail first ", at present our country is pushing all the way "area" strategy, and countries along the way also actively respond, with a variety of ways to join the feast of the global economy, India as the regional center of the "area", is one of the most important markets. For Just Precision Machine, how to do the products, and how to become stronger, how to avoid risk, how to enter the Indian market and do a good job in the Indian market, it is also one of the focus when we participate in international market competition in the future. And with the Indian market, as if we have a stepping stone to enter the international market competition, the way of the future will be wider.
